My Daily Routine ( Akhilesh pal ) 05-05-2021

 आज दिनांक ५-५-२०२१ ,दिन गुरूवार है आज में सुबह ४: १५ पर उठ गया इस समय को ब्रम्ह मुहूर्त कहते  है 

ब्रह्म मुहूर्त में उठने से शरीर में काफी  पॉजिटिव बदलाव महसूस रहा है  मैंने अपने जीवन भर में ऐसी पॉजिटिव

ऊर्जा का कभी अनुभव नहीं किया था शरीर में अचानक इतनी ऊर्जा आ गयी है की मुझे लग रहा है मैंने ऐसी ऊर्जा का अनुभव पहले कभी क्यों नहीं हुआ इसे समझने के लिए आपको भी सुबह ४ बजे जगना होगा 

जैसे की आप सभी जानते हो की जितने भी कामयाब आदमी है सभी की कुछ आदत होती है उसमे सुबह उठना यह एक आदत है जिसके कारण उन्हें अपने ब्रेन को उस तरह से प्रोग्राम कर लेते है जैसा चाहिए होता 

है ये सारे अनुभव मै आज कर रहा हु क्योकि मुझे यह आज आज ही मिला  | यह सारे अनुभव आप भी सुबह जागकर ले सकते है मन में एक अजीब सी खुशी महसूस हो रहा है जिसका अनुभव में आप के साथ शेयर नहीं कर प् रहा हु यह अनुभव आप सभी खुद सुबह जल्दी उठकर लीजिये 

मैंने सुबह उठकर सबसे पहले प्रभात मंत्र को पड़ा फिर भूमि क्षमश्व मंत्र का उच्चारण किया उसके बाद के ग्लास 

पानी पिया फिर मैंने फिर सुबह के सारे काम किये थोड़े भारत देश की यह मान्यता है की सूरज निकलने से पहले नहा लेना तोह मैंने नहाकर कपड़े पहन कर सुबह सुबह पढ़ने के लिए बैठ गया मैंने आज ऐसा अनुभव कर रहा हु मेरे भीतर इतना ऊर्जा का संचार कहा से हो रहा है मैंने कुछ ही देर में काफी तेजी से २० पेज पड़ लिया 

जो पुस्तक मैंने पड़ी उसमे से एक कहानी 

के बारे में मै यहाँ बताने जा रहा हु आपको

 पसंद आएगा एक समय की बात है जब हर गांव में मेले लगा करते थे 

ऐसा ही मेला लगा हुआ था उस मेले में एक गुम्बरा बेचने वाला गुम्बरा बेच रहा था जब भी गुम्बरे वाले की सेल काम होती तोह वह एक गुम्बारा हवा में छोड़ देता जैसे ही गुम्बारा आसमान में उड़ने लगता उसकी सेल बढ़ जाती 

ऐसा वह हर घंटे करता जिससे उसका सेल अच्छा होता था एक बार उसने एक सफेद कलर का गुम्बारा हवा में उठाया 

उसे ऐसा लगा कोई उसके कपडा पकड़कर खींच रहा है जब उसने पीछे मुड़कर देखा तोह एक बालक था उसकी उम्र कुछ ७ वर्ष की रही होगी 

उस बच्चे ने गुम्बारे वाले से प्रश्र किया की क्या यह काला वाला गुम्बारा आसमान में उड़ सकता है 

उस बच्चे की बात सुनकर वह व्यक्ति भायुक हो गया

यह बात उसके मन को छू लिया और कहा है बिलकुल उड़ सकता है यह काला वाला गुम्बारा भी आसमान में उड़ सकता है बेटे गुम्बारा अपने रंग की वजह से नहीं बल्कि उसके अंदर भरी गैस के वजह से उड़ता है 

उस व्यक्ति की बात सुनकर वह बच्चा खुश हो गया  हमारी जिंदगी में भी यह वसूल लागु होता है अहम् चीज तोह हमारी अअंधरुनी शख़्सियत है

 हमारी अन्दरूनी शख़्सियत के वजह से हमारा जो नजरिया बनता है वह हमें ऊपर उठता है 

हमारी पीढ़ी की सबसे बड़ी खोज यह है की आदमी अपना नजरिया बदल कर अपनी जिंदगी बेहतर कर सकता है

English Translation :-

Today is 5-5-2021, the day is Thursday and today I got up at 4:15 am, this time is called Brahma Muhurta.

After getting up in Brahma Muhurta, I felt a lot of positive changes in my body.

I had never experienced energy, suddenly there is so much energy in my body that I feel why I have never experienced such energy before, you have to wake up at 4 in the morning to understand it.

As you all know that every successful man has a habit of getting up in the morning, it is a habit that causes him to program his brain in the way he would like.

I am doing all these experiences today because I got it today only today. You can also take all these experiences by waking up in the morning and feel a strange happiness in the mind, which I am not able to share with you in this experience, all of you get yourself up early in the morning.

I woke up in the morning and had to chant the Prabhat Mantra first and then recited the Bhoomi Kshamsh Mantra.

I drank glass of  water . I did all the work in the morning again. It is the belief of some country of India that taking a bath before the sun comes out, I bathed and got dressed and sat in the morning to study

I am feeling like this today so much energy is being communicated within me, I have taken 20 pages very fast in a while.

A story from the book i read I am going to tell you about Would like it once upon a time when fairs were held in every village

The same fair was held In that fair a Balloon  seller was selling a Balloon

Whenever the sale of the Balloon was functioning, he would leave a dome in the air.

As Balloon starts flying in the sky, his Sale increases

He used to do this every hour which would make his sale good. Once he raised a white colored dome in the air.He felt like someone is grabbing his clothes and pulling

When he looked back, he was a boy, he must have been some 7 years old.

That child asked the Balloon man whether this black Balloon  could fly in the sky.

The person became frightened after listening to that child,This thing has touched his mind and said that this black Balloon can fly in the sky, son balloon flies not because of its color but because of the gas inside it.

That child became happy after listening to that person, in our life also this value is applicable.

 Because of our inner personality, the attitude we create elevates us.

The biggest discovery of our generation is that man can change his outlook and improve his life.
