My daily Routine (Akhilesh pal) (02-05-2021)एक छोटा बदलाव जो बड़ी कामयाबी दिलाएगा
२ मई 2021 रविवार के दिन जब सुबह मेरी आँख खुली तो मैंने देखा सुबह का समय था अचानक मेरी नजर घड़ी पर गयी हो घड़ी में 5 बजकर २० मिनट हो रहा था मैंने अंगड़ाई लेते हुआ उठा और अपने बिस्तर को समेटते हुए अपने जगह पर रख दिया फिर में अपने रसोई घर में जाकर १ लोटा पानी भरकर बालकनी में कूर्सी पर बैठकर पानी पीने लगा मेरे बालकनी में बड़ी सुहानी हवा चल रही ही वहा बैठे बैठे प्रभात मंत्र का उच्चारण किया
(कराग्रे वसते लक्ष्मी ,कर मध्ये सरस्वती|
कर मुले तू गोविंद ,प्रभाते कर दर्शनम )
भावार्थ : अपने दोनों हाथो के ऊपरी भाग में माँ लक्ष्मी का निवास होता है हाथो के बीच में माँ सरस्वती का निवास और हाथ के निचले भाग में भगवन गोविन्द का निवास होता है
भूमि छमा मंत्र का उच्चारण किया वो इस प्रकार है
(समुंद्र वसने देवी ,पर्वत स्तन मंडले |
विष्णु पत्नी नमोस्तुव्यं पाद स्पृशम क्षमस्वमे|)
भावार्थ : जो समुन्द्र में रहने वाली देवी है और पर्वत पर भी रहती है और जो भगवन विष्णु की पत्नी है(माँ लक्ष्मी ) हे माँ आपसे क्षमा चाहते है
मंत्र का पाठ करने के बाद मैं अपने कमरे में गया और मेरे लटोप टेबल पर पर एक किताब पड़ी थी उसके कवर पर लिखा था गुड वाइब्स गुड लाइफ (वेक्स किंग ) द्वारा लिखी गई है इस किताब के पेज 186 पर टाइटल
में लिखा था The power of words इस पेज में ऐसा लिखा है की शब्दो में कितना एनेर्जी होता है डॉ मसारु इमोटो द्वारा एक शोध किया १९९० में डॉ इमोटो में २ कटोरी में पानी भरकर फ्रीज में रख दिए १ कटोरीपर सकारात्मक शब्द प्यार लिखा
और दूसरे कटोरी पर नेगेटिव शब्द तुम पायल हो ऐसा लिखकर फ्रीज में रख दिया और डॉ इमोटो ने पाया जिस कटोरी पर प्यार लिखा है वह कटोरी में बहोत सूंदर तरह के आइस क्यूब बने हुए है और जिस कटोरी पर तुम पायल हो ऐसा लिखा था उस कटोरी में आइस क्यूब बहोत अजीब सेफ के डिज़ाइन बना था उन्होंने बताया शब्दों का असर पानी पर पड़ता है तो मनुष्य के शरीर में ७०% पानी है तो हमे शब्द कैसे चुनाना चाहिए और में आगे से अपने शब्दो का सही चयन करूँगा
नास्ते में खाने के लिए सवादिस्ट फल खाया जिसने २ केला और चीकू और अंगूर और ख़रबूज़ा था खाकर बड़ा मजा आया मैंने अपने जीवन को डाइट पर रखा है सुबह १२ बजे तक केवल फल और १२ बजे सलाद १ थाली में और दूसरे खली में खाना लेकर बैठता हु ३०० ग्राम कम से कम सलाद खाता हु उसके बाद भोजन और डेरी का सामान बिलकुल नहीं लेता हु फैक्ट्री में बना कोई भी पैकेट वाला भोजन नहीं लेता हु शाम को भी पहले सलाद उसके बाद खाना खाता हु
आज का दिन बहोत अच्छे तरह से बीत गया मैंने भगवान का धन्यवाद् देकर सो गया हरे कृष्णा

English Translation:
May 2, 2021, on Sunday morning, when my eyes opened, I saw it was morning time, suddenly my eyes had gone to the clock. It was five and twenty minutes into the clock. I lifted myself up and took my seat and put it in my place, covering my bed. Then I went to my kitchen and filled 1 glass of water and sat in the balcony and started drinking water, there was a great breeze in my balcony and while sitting there I chanted the Prabhat Mantra.
The Prabhat mantra is chanted as follows
Karagre Vaste Lakshmi, Palm center Saraswati|
Kar mule tu govind, Prabhate kar darshanam|
Spirituality: Mother Lakshmi resides in the upper part of both her hands, in the middle of the hands is the residence of Goddess Saraswati and in the lower part of the hand is the residence of Goddess Govinda.
The Bhumi kshama mantra is chanted as follows
Samudra Vasne Devi, Parbat Tits Mandalay |
Vishnu patni Namostuvayam Paad Sprasham Kshaswame
Spirituality: The Goddess who lives in the sea and lives on the mountain and who is the wife of Lord Vishnu (Lakshmi), O Mother earth forgive me

the Book Name was Good Vibes Good Life written BY (Wex King) on the title of this book on page 186
It was written that the power of words is written in this page, how much energy is there in words, a research done by Dr. Masaru Emoto In 1990, Dr. Emoto filled 2 bowls of water and kept 1 bowl in freeze.
